The Brentwood Condominiums were built in 1977. We are conveniently located inside the loop, near the Texas Medical Center, Rice University, West University, and downtown. We have easy access to major shopping areas, including a variety of grocery stores. We are within one mile of the Metro Rail system. We are contiguous with Old Braeswood, within blocks of a child-friendly park, and across the street from Houston's hike/bike trail which follows Brays Bayou.

The Brentwood is comprised of 275 privately owned units, with a small number currently rented out by the individual owner. We offer an on-site courtesy officer, coded gate cards for resident access, as well as covered parking.

There are two swimming pools, two barbeque grilling areas and numerous courtyards filled with fountains and sitting areas. The complex has an on-site maintenance staff as well as a housekeeper to keep all common areas clean and in good repair.
